Lublin Jazz Festival

We invite you to another unique concert that will take us to the world of the cult blues-rock. It will be sentimental, but also energetic.

The BREAKOUT group broke the stereotype of guitar music stylistics and was a bridge between big-bit and rock & roll of the 1960s and later rock and blues-rock music. It was the Breakout group that was the first to start flirting with jazz in Poland, inviting Włodzimierz Nahorny to record albums.

Many outstanding musicians, including Dariusz Kozakiewicz and Józef Skrzek, have passed through the ensemble. The band officially existed until 1982, when Tadeusz Nalepa began his solo career. In 2022, we are celebrating the 15th anniversary of the death of this artist.
The composition of the Old Breakout band includes original Breakout musicians.
