Lublin Jazz Festival

Flue band was formed as a result of earlier collaboration of session musicians: Marcin Przeplasko a.ka. DJ Plash, Piotr Bolanowski a.k.a. Bolan, Grzegorz Sipiora and Damian Niewiński. The combination of four very different personalities expressing freely in a variety of styles gave an explosive mixture, the fruit of which is original musical content, referring to the music of 70’s-80’s XXth century (dirty funk, jazz, hip hop, disco) and – through the fusion of keyboards, bass, drums,  percussion pads, turntables and sampler – oscillating in effect between the old school and modernity. The group has already played at various music festivals (including Kaunas Jazz Festival, Good Vibe Festival), and at the same time is also strongly related to the breakdance environment  (Outbreak Europe, Jabra Style Season). The band played at the world championships of DJ’s “T-Mobile Electronic Beats IDA World DJ Championship 2016” and at qualifications for the world’s largest streetdance event: Juste Debout 2017 in Bratislava.
