Lublin Jazz Festival

An energetic band brought to life by the joint efforts of the Cultural Centre in Lublin and the Faculty of Jazz and Stage Music of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. The Collective on Winds, under the frivolous leadership of Michał Iwanek, is a septet playing primarily music for dancing. Immersed firmly in the jazz aesthetic, it attacks with a pulsating rhythm, the powerful sound of the brass section and momentarily evokes motoric reactions in the audience. In a word: this music is simply impossible to stand or sit through. It is essential to move, regardless of age or ability. We invite you to dance!
