Lublin Jazz Festival

The music of the Wrocław-based band Błoto is firmly rooted in solid hip-hop foundations, drawing very loosely on the sound of the 1990s. It is raw and uncompromising music, whose power lies in the drums and bass. In a sense, it is also radical. It captures the spirit of the times in which it was created. A time of adverse climate change, stark social divisions, hate speech, rising nationalism, police brutality, nepotism, political deals, and the dismantling of the rule of law. All of this is happening right before our eyes.
