Lublin Jazz Festival

The music of this band is based on consensual improvisation – intense, precise and open to surprise. Their concerts are a dialogue between three individuals, based on trust, experience and shared passion. It is music that is demanding and focused, but gives the listener a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in a world of creative freedom. Trevor Watts is one of the pioneers of the British free jazz scene, a saxophonist with a distinctive sound and vast experience, dating back to the legendary Spontaneous Music Ensemble. Barry Guy, a double bass virtuoso and acclaimed composer, known for creating improvised music as well as contemporary classics. Ramón López, brings tremendous rhythmic freedom to the trio, combining experiences of jazz, experimental music and percussion traditions from around the world.
